The real deal! I've had shaved beef sandwiches at a few different places but none have come close to this. The meat was shaved so thin and cooked so beautifully, it has legitimately raised the bar on what I'm looking for in a hot shaved beef hoagie. Not to mention the onions and the peppers... just an incredible sandwich all around

"There's something sexual about these apples." That's what my wife said after her first bite of their seasonal Dutch apple pie. It's definitely the best pie we've ever had. I hope you do this every year because this just might be our new Thanksgiving tradition.
