In November 2014, award-winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg opened his long-awaited, brick-and-mortar restaurant & butchery, Blackbelly, in Boulder, CO adding to the already acclaimed boutique catering business.
We are open seven days a week serving quick service breakfast and lunch, and full service dinner.
Reservations may be made for dinner only, starting at 4pm.
