Chef Hosea launched Blackbelly Catering in late 2011. Blackbelly Catering set out to become the Front Range's premier boutique catering and events company. We strive for perfection in everything we do, from the hand picked organic ingredients, to our unparalleled service. Our core business is founded on bringing the private chef experience to you. We pride ourselves on exceptional private dinners and celebrity chef experiences, corporate events, weddings, cocktail parties and more.

As an experienced full-service caterer, the Blackbelly Catering Team will provide you with the tools to make your event a success and exceed your expectations. Our experienced team will walk you through the entire process, starting with choosing the right venue, to customizing your menu, and everything in between.
For a less formal option, we also offer lunch service in the form of drop-off and individually packaged meal offerings and our version of the party tray.
The Blackbelly Butcher Shop is dedicated to providing the highest quality meats in a manner reflective of times long past. We take immense pride in our craft, featuring livestock from many Colorado farms and ranches. This means we only sell natural, hormone and antibiotic-free meats.
Hours and Special Requests:
Butcher Counter Monday - Friday 7am-5pm
Our in-house, whole-animal butchery program provides guests with custom cuts of meat, fresh sausages, salumi and charcuterie unavailable at mainstream markets. The end result is a modern experience that preserves an old world butcher shop approach.
