at each Bites with Butchers event*, as she expertly breaks down an animal section while discussing cooking methods, sourcing, and consuming meat. Bites by Chef Hosea Rosenberg will be inspired by each respective demo topic. Beer, Wine and non alcoholic beverages included.
Following each demo, guests have a chance to purchase meats relevant to the program. A portion of ticket proceeds and meat sales, benefit a different charity highlighted at each event.
