Join Michelin Award Winning Head Butcher Kelly Kawachi

at each Bites with Butchers event*, as she expertly breaks down an animal section while discussing cooking methods, sourcing, and consuming meat. Bites by Chef Hosea Rosenberg will be inspired by each respective demo topic. Beer & Wine selections will be paired to suit the flavor profiles of the menu.

Following each demo, guests have a chance to purchase freshly butchered cuts. All sales from these cuts, and a portion of ticket proceeds, benefit a different charity highlighted at each event.

Tickets are $85 per person. 10% of ticket sales from each event are donated to the respective nonprofit involved.
