Each event involves a butchery or cooking demo led by Exec Butcher Kelly Kawachi; all while discussing cooking methods, sourcing, consuming meat and more. We give you a slice of what happens behind the scenes on a daily basis at Blackbelly, and a window into our relationships with the ranchers and farmers we trust, cultivating the best meat possible.

Bites by Chef Hosea Rosenberg and team are inspired by each respective demo topic.

Beer, Wine and non alcoholic beverages included. 

Following each demo, guests have a chance to purchase meats relevant to the program. A portion of ticket sales and meat sales, benefit a different charitable beneficiary highlighted at each event.
