Join us on select Fri evenings, at Blackbelly Market in Boulder

for Bites with Butchers

Bites with Butchers is an immersive event series at Blackbelly Boulder that blends expert butchery with delectable eats, and community impact.

Each event offers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at our daily craft, with butchery demos led by our expert team, as they dive into topics like: whole-animal fabrication, cooking techniques, the sustainable sourcing practices that define our relationships with local ranchers, and more.

Small bites by the Blackbelly kitchen are inspired by each respective demo topic.

Beer, Wine and non alcoholic beverages included.

5-7pm on select Fridays, noted below

Following each demo, guests have a chance to purchase meats relevant to the program. 100% of those meat sales, and 10% of ticket sales, benefit a different charitable beneficiary highlighted at each event.

Pro Tip!
