Please request your turkey through the form below. Your order will be confirmed by a member of our butcher team. 

Beneath the turkey form, find baked goods available for pre-order, until 11/18. 

Additional essentials will be available in the shop during the holiday week like chicken stock, breadcrumbs, lard, salts, spices, oils, etc; plus, other fresh and cured meats, cheeses, charcuterie, wine, loaves of bread...and more.

Barber's Broad Breasted White Turkey

A classic Thanksgiving bird. Grade A, all-natural, antibiotic- and hormone-free, sourced by Colorado family-owned Barber's Foods from small farms in Missouri and Nebraska.

Joyce Farms Heritage Black Turkey

A smaller heritage breed prized for its rich flavor and distinctive character. Pasture-raised by small family farms across the Carolinas and Georgia using regenerative practices, with high animal-welfare standards. No antibiotics or growth stimulants.
