Natural Wine Company & Blackbelly, present: Chateau Le Puy Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Join Harold Langlais, Chateau Le Puy winemaker from Bordeaux, Fr, and Chef Hosea Rosenberg at Blackbelly Butcher for an intimate 5-course wine pairing dinner.

- Brief introductions and discussion covering each of the 5 natural wines served.

- Dinner menu includes scallop tartare with winter citrus, "coq a vin" deconstructed with chicken and foraged mushrooms, rack of colorado lamb with winter root vegeables, colorado wagyu with black truffle, d'anjou pear tarte tatin. 

Have the chance to taste incredible and rare wines made by the same family since the 17th century, and enjoy a memorable meal to match!

Monthly Primal Dinners at Blackbelly Butcher

We have launched a new series of intimate demo & dinner events by the Blackbelly Butcher team. Primal Dinnerstake place in our shop the 2nd Friday of every month.  Keep an eye on the schedule as it develops! 

We will go into depth on a particular primal section of a different animal at each session. You will leave feeling more confident shopping for and cooking cuts of meat you may previously have been unfamiliar with, AND with a full belly! Space is limited so reserve your seat now, by emailing
