2019 Blackbelly Butchery Event Series
FARM TO FEAST
“Farm to Feast,” will consist of 4 unique ‘meat and greet’ experiences with butcher, rancher and chef at the butcher shop.
Learn about how our food is raised on the farm, to its destination on your plate, and every step in between.
Each event will include a discussion between Head Butcher Nate Singer, Chefs Hosea Rosenberg and Arun Moghe, and the visiting ranchers & farmers, along with a butchery demo by Nate.
You will enjoy a menu crafted to correspond with the products raised by the featured farmer/rancher. Tickets also include a welcome beverage, unlimited Stem Ciders & a $10 gift card to return to the butcher shop. Additional beverages for purchase.

Join us at the gorgeous creekside lawn at the Lyons Farmette for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu will be inspired by the bounty of the season and the ingredients grown on the grounds. The evenings are complete with a tour of the grounds. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Middle Boulder Creek Coalition. Tickets can be purchased here.
