Monthly Primal Dinners at Blackbelly Butcher

 

We have launched a new series of intimate demo & dinner events by the Blackbelly Butcher team. Primal Dinnerstake place in our shop the 2nd Friday of every month.  Keep an eye on the schedule as it develops! 

We will go into depth on a particular primal section of a different animal at each session. You will leave feeling more confident shopping for and cooking cuts of meat you may previously have been unfamiliar with, AND with a full belly! Space is limited so reserve your seat now, by emailing Sam@blackbelly.com. 

$59 per person, includes: 

- Short butchery demo and discussion

- 4-course seated dinner 

- tax and tip included

Beverages are served and sold separately the night of the event.

April 14, 6pm - Pork Belly! Heritage Breed hogs raised right here in Boulder County. MORE THAN JUST BACON! (waitlist only)

May 12, 6pm - Carter Country Beef Short Loin - Focus on the Tenderloin, NY Strip, Bavette

June 9, 6pm - Rack of Boulder Lamb
